Atelier Français provides online French language education through live video classes, pre-recorded content, and supplementary learning materials. Our services include:

All fees are due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All prices are in Euros unless otherwise stated.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're unsatisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After this period, prorated refunds are available for unused lessons, minus an administrative fee. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

For private lessons: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the lesson.
For group classes: Notify us if you'll miss a class. Recordings are available for makeup review.
If we cancel a class, you'll receive full credit or a makeup session. We're not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (technical failures, instructor illness, etc.).
All course materials, including videos, documents, exercises, and other content, are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not:

We provide technical support for platform-related issues but are not responsible for your equipment or internet service problems.
While we strive to provide high-quality education, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or language proficiency levels within specific timeframes. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atelier Français shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
